Immunity & Nervous System Support Mulling Spice

All Spice, Aronia Berry, Ashwagandha, Astragalus Root, Black Peppercorn, Cardamom Pods, Cinnamon, Clove, Echinacea, Elderberries, Ginger, Hibiscus Flower, Lemon Peel, Licorice Root, Nutmeg, Orange Peel, Purple Inca Corn, Rose Hips, Star Anise. 

Add 1/2 cup of spice blend to 1 gallon of *liquid. Bring to a boil then immediately reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 hour. Strain and serve hot. Garnish with a cinnnamon stick or orange or lemon slice. 

*Delicious made with apple juice, tea, water with honet, wine or any beverage of your choice.
